Your data, your choice
Privacy
This policy explains which data may be processed when you visit the PRAYZVIBES website and how you can control optional services.
Last updated: 23 July 2026. Optional analytics and embedded media remain disabled until you give permission.

2. Hosting and delivery
This website is hosted through GitHub Pages, a service provided by GitHub. When the site is requested, technical information such as IP address, date and time, requested file, referrer, browser and operating system may be processed in server logs so that the site can be delivered securely and reliably. GitHub states that visitor IP addresses are logged and stored for security purposes.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a secure, stable website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Details are available in the GitHub Privacy Statement.
3. Essential local storage and consent choices
The website stores your privacy selection in your browser under prayzvibes-consent-v1. This prevents the consent notice from appearing on every visit and allows your settings to be respected across the website. The selection contains only the categories chosen and the time of the update.
This storage is necessary to remember your requested privacy settings. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by selecting in the footer. You may also clear the website data in your browser.
4. Google Analytics
If—and only if—you consent to analytics, this website loads Google Analytics 4, a service from Google. The measurement ID used is G-YL0ZXL9Q4D. Analytics may process usage information including page views, approximate location, device and browser information, referrer and interactions with external links. Google Analytics commonly uses the _ga cookie to distinguish browsers and sessions.
The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG). We use basic consent mode: the Google tag is not requested and no Analytics data is sent before analytics consent. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation remain disabled. You may withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings.
Information about Google’s processing is available in the Google Privacy Policy and Google’s consent mode information. Data processing outside the European Economic Area may occur subject to the safeguards described by Google.
5. YouTube videos
YouTube videos are initially shown as a local preview. No YouTube frame is loaded automatically. The external player from youtube-nocookie.com is requested only if you select external media in Cookie settings or deliberately choose to play the video. Your IP address and technical browser data are then transmitted to YouTube/Google, and additional processing may occur according to your Google account and settings.
The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG). You may withdraw future consent through Cookie settings. Previously transmitted data cannot be retrieved by this website.
6. Newsletter through Brevo
The newsletter form is provided with Brevo. The Brevo form software is loaded only after you interact with the form. If you subscribe, your email address, the time of subscription, the form identifier and technical information needed to document consent may be transmitted to and processed by Brevo as our service provider.
Subscription is voluntary and uses a double opt-in process. You will receive an email asking you to confirm the address before newsletters are sent. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe through the link in every newsletter or by emailing hello@prayzvibes.com. Evidence of consent may be retained as long as required to demonstrate compliance.
For more information, see the Brevo Privacy Policy.
7. Email contact
If you contact us by email, the information you provide is processed to reply and manage the enquiry. Depending on the subject, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in responding to messages (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Messages are deleted when no longer needed unless legal retention duties apply.
8. External links and shops
This website links to services including Bandcamp, ElasticStage, Fourthwall, Spotify, MusicHub, Deezer, YouTube and social networks. These services are not loaded merely because a link is displayed. If you follow a link, the respective provider processes data under its own privacy terms. Purchases and payments take place directly with the selected shop provider; PRAYZVIBES does not receive payment-card information through this website.
9. Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as required for the stated purpose, to meet legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Consent can be withdrawn for future processing at any time.
10. Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict personal data, object to processing, receive portable data and withdraw consent for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.
The supervisory authority responsible for private-sector organisations in Bavaria is:
Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA)
Promenade 18
91522 Ansbach

11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page. A Meta Pixel is not active at the date shown above; this policy and the consent controls must be updated before such advertising technology is enabled.
